Ministry to the Sick and Homebound addresses the needs of those unable to participate in liturgy and other parish functions because of illness and aging. The ministers represent the parish in taking the Eucharist to those in hospitals, rest homes, and private residences. Bereavement Ministry provides assistance to families at the death of a loved one. Service includes vigil and funeral planning, follow-up support (one-on-one or group), support for children and teens, and annual remembrances on All Souls’ Day.
