Places to TrainPractice is strongly recommended to be competitive. Because St. Mel does not have a pool for team practice, our swimmers have been invited by local club teams to practice along with them. Please note that costs for swim club and/or stroke lessons are your responsibility. Please note that STROKE lessons are very different from SWIM lessons. Stroke lessons will prepare swimmers for competitive swimming, including building endurance required for team practice. Our swimmers have the option to train with the teams listed below. Please contact Andrea McIntyre if you'd like to discuss options.
